Downgrading

Thank you for choosing our platform to host your custom app. We created this webpage so you would be able to move from a Supreme member to a Starter member. 

We have a few criteria that you must meet before you can change from one type of account to another.

1.) you must have been a Supreme member for 3 or more billing cycles.

2.) I understand that I can not change my membership plan for the next 3 billing cycles.

3.) I understand that I will no longer receive unlimited Solution Support Sessions (tech support)

4.) I understand that if I need help in the future I will have to pay $25 fee for a 30 min Phone conference (Solution Support Session) 

5.)  I understand that I will have to pay $15 downgrade fee.
